Nicole works from anInternal Family Systems (IFS) approach, focusing on emotion regulation, healing through self-compassion, and truly deepening an understanding of the inner world. She also integrates elements of ADHD strategies for folks looking for extra support with executive functioning.

Nicole has completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems through the IFS Institute. She also offers assessments for adult ADHD.
