Nadine brings over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, parents, and families in public schools, therapeutic programs, and private practice. She offers individual and group therapy, as well as parent coaching and consultation.
Nadine’s approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. She draws mainly from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, while also incorporating strategies from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and polyvagal theory. Her work is guided by trauma-informed principles, with a focus on helping clients build resilience and connection. Under her license as an RCT-C, Nadine is completing training in EMDR and is working toward certification as an EMDR therapist for children and youth.
Alongside her therapy work, Nadine provides psychological assessments for children, youth, and young adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, attention difficulties, learning disorders, and intellectual disabilities. Her assessments are comprehensive, practical, and designed to help clients better understand themselves and access the right supports.
Nadine values working closely with families, schools, and other professionals to promote the mental health and well-being of every client she supports.
