Jenna is a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master of Education in Counselling and a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Studies. She works with children, teens, parents and caregivers, and women, with a particular interest in supporting children and families through emotional, behavioural, developmental, and life challenges.
Jenna also works with women who are looking for support through life transitions, parenting, relationships, and personal growth. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, with a focus on creating a comfortable and supportive space for each client.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my two children and our cat, Louie. Between family life and everything that comes with it, there’s never a dull moment. I enjoy spending time together, getting out and about, and making time for the things that bring us joy.
