Accepting New Clients

I’m an L’nu (Mi’kmaq) therapist from the west coast of Newfoundland providing trauma-informed counselling in Nova Scotia. My work is grounded in an Indigenized, wholistic approach that honours mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. I’m passionate about offering neurodivergent-affirming and culturally responsive care for children, youth, and adults. I draw from modalities including ART, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and other trauma-focused approaches, and I meet each client where they are in their healing journey.
